MISSION

Waves 4 Women empowers women to build emotional and physical wellness as well as safe supportive communities through a combination of surf instruction, women’s wellness groups, and community building.

Waves 4 Women understands that when we improve the physical and emotional health of women, we create stronger and healthier families and communities.

Waves 4 Women serves women experiencing trauma and other life stressors such as depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress, loss, grief, and substance abuse.
